As regards physical and chemical parameters, Latvian onshore oils are heavier than Lithuanian and Kaliningrad oils and contain somewhat more sulphur and asphaltene-tar components. The oil from offshore E6 well is lighter and practically the same as oils from other pars of the Baltic basin.
