PROCESSED
SEISMIC
DATA
The
processed seismic data, acquired after shooting the seismic, are not
available any longer. Their results are predominantly available as maps and
seismic sections on paper (for some of the lines).
Reprocessing of field data was carried out in 1999, 2005 and 2008, using
modern software.
In 1999, the State Geological Survey of Latvia (since January 1,
2005 Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorogy Agency, since 1 August,
2009 Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorogy Centre)
conducted reprocessing and interpretation of field seismic data, 51
lines, 729.6 line km altogether, preparing new
time and depth structural maps, in order to determine more
accurately the geological structure of the E23 and E25 prospects.
Seismic data reprocessing was carried out using the ProMax 7.0 system
within the framework of SUN ULTRA-1 workstation. Principal components of
processing procedures (applied processed sequence) are shown in 1999

In 2005, the LEGMA conducted reprocessing of some field seismic
data, 8 lines, 163.3 line km altogether. Seismic data reprocessing
was carried out using the ProMax 2003.3 system within the framework of
SUN ULTRA-1 workstation. Principal components of processing procedures (applied
processed sequence) are shown in 2005

In 2008,
LEGMA carried out the processing of key seismic data from the licence
area (17 lines, 298 line km altogether). The reprocessing of those
seismic data was carried out using the
ProMax 2003.19.1. Principal components of processing procedures (applied
processed sequence) are shown in 2008 Processing Sequence
The
list of lines, their locations and other information regarding the
seismic lines processed in 1999, 2005 and 2008 is presented in the Catalogue of
Seismic Data for the licence area and in the Seismic
